Appointments are with Nimesh, our Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber (GPhC 2086824) — not a call centre.
Nothing happens without your say-so
You'll know what's involved and what it costs before anything goes ahead — and you pay nothing for treatment that doesn't happen.

Appointments take place in our consultation room at Chasetown Pharmacy, away from the shop floor.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Call the clinic on 01543 682921 and we'll move it to a time that suits you — it's no trouble, we'd just rather know than have you not turn up.

Nimesh Vansia, our Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, GPhC number 2086824, with over 12 years as a pharmacist. You can check any pharmacist's registration on the GPhC register. Check the GPhC register
Is my appointment private?
Yes. You're seen in our private consultation room, not at the counter. What you tell us stays with the clinic — we only share it with your GP or anyone else with your agreement, or where the law requires it.
What if I'm not suitable for the appointment I've booked?
Then the pharmacist will say so, explain why, and tell you what your options are instead. You pay nothing for treatment that doesn't go ahead.
Where do I park?
There's free parking nearby on and around Chasetown High Street. We're at 23 High Street, Chasetown, Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 3XE — on the main road through Chasetown.
