Yes. You're seen in our private consultation room, not at the counter. What you tell us stays with the clinic — we only share it with your GP or anyone else with your agreement, or where the law requires it.

Then the pharmacist will say so, explain why, and tell you what your options are instead. You pay nothing for treatment that doesn't go ahead.

Not for your first one. B12 injections are for eligible adults after an assessment, so the pharmacist will go through your history and any test results with you first.

Any blood results or letters showing a B12 deficiency, when you last had an injection if you've had them before, and a list of your medicines and health conditions.

B12 may help if you have a deficiency. We won't promise you anything beyond that — the pharmacist will explain what is and isn't realistic for you.
