Yes. You can come in, tell us where you're going and when, and a pharmacist will go through what's usually advised for those destinations — at no charge. You only pay for the vaccines you decide to have. If you decide to have none, or to think about it, that's genuinely fine.
Your GP surgery can usually give some travel vaccines on the NHS — typically hepatitis A, typhoid, cholera and the tetanus/diphtheria/polio booster. Others, including rabies, Japanese encephalitis, tick-borne encephalitis, hepatitis B for travel and meningitis ACWY for Hajj and Umrah, are private wherever you have them. If something on your list is available to you free on the NHS, we'll say so.
Because some need a course. A single dose of hepatitis A gives you protection for the trip, with a booster later for longer cover. Rabies and hepatitis B are three doses; Japanese encephalitis, chickenpox, cholera and dengue are two. The per-dose price is what you pay each time you come in, and the full-course price is what it adds up to.

No. Yellow fever vaccination and the international certificate can only be given at centres designated for it, and Burntwood Clinic isn't one. We'll check whether your destination actually requires it, tell you plainly, and point you to your nearest designated centre — the closest is Touchwood Pharmacy at Greenhill Health Centre in Lichfield, WS13 6JL. Everything else on your list we can still do here.
