Yellow fever is spread by mosquitoes in parts of sub-Saharan Africa and South America. Many countries also require an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) on entry, either because there is a risk in the country or because you are arriving from one.
Referral only at Burntwood
Burntwood Clinic is not a designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, so we cannot give the yellow fever vaccine or issue an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP). If your trip needs it, we will point you to your nearest designated centre — Touchwood Pharmacy, Greenhill Health Centre, Lichfield WS13 6JL — and still cover every other vaccine you need here in Burntwood. (Register checked 17 September 2026.)
Only centres on the NaTHNaC register may give this vaccine and issue the certificate. You can check the register yourself at nathnacyfzone.org.uk.
Book a travel consultation with us and we will tell you whether your trip needs it, refer you for that one vaccine, and give you everything else you need in the same appointment.
