You'll know what's involved and what it costs before anything goes ahead — and you pay nothing for treatment that doesn't happen.

  • A private room, a private conversation

Appointments take place in our consultation room at Chasetown Pharmacy, away from the shop floor.

  • Easy to get to, easy to park

We're on Chasetown High Street in Burntwood, with free parking nearby — handy for Chase Terrace, Boney Hay and Hammerwich too.

Booking questions, answered

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Call the clinic on 01543 682921 and we'll move it to a time that suits you — it's no trouble, we'd just rather know than have you not turn up. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: how much notice we need to change or cancel]

Who will I see?

Nimesh Vansia, our Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, GPhC number 2086824, with over 12 years as a pharmacist. You can check any pharmacist's registration on the GPhC register. Check the GPhC register

Is my appointment private?

Yes. You're seen in our private consultation room, not at the counter. What you tell us stays with the clinic — we only share it with your GP or anyone else with your agreement, or where the law requires it.

What if I'm not suitable for the appointment I've booked?

Then the pharmacist will say so, explain why, and tell you what your options are instead. You pay nothing for treatment that doesn't go ahead.

Where do I park?

There's free parking nearby on and around Chasetown High Street. We're at 23 High Street, Chasetown, Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 3XE — on the main road through Chasetown.

What happens at a men's health check?

A conversation about how you've been feeling, the checks that make sense for you, and a plan you agree together. If a blood test is part of it, that can be arranged here.

Do I have to talk about everything?

No. Tell us what you want to tell us. You can always come back — a lot of people do once they've met the pharmacist.

Do you sell testosterone or hormone treatment?

This appointment is a health check and consultation. We don't sell treatment as a product — anything further is only ever considered after a full assessment, and may mean referral elsewhere.
