- Come to the clinic a few minutes before your time, with your itinerary and any vaccination records.
- The pharmacist goes through your trip with you — countries, dates, stopovers and what you'll be doing.
- You decide which vaccines to have. Prices are confirmed with you before anything goes ahead.

- Your passport or itinerary — dates, countries and any stopovers
- Any vaccination records you have, including a previous yellow book
- Details of any medicines you take and any health conditions
